3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Supply necessary access, content, or files

• Respond in a reasonable time

• Use completed work legally and ethically

4. Ownership

Upon project completion and full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client (except licensed third-party assets).

5. Liability

Softly Agency is not responsible for:

• Loss of revenue due to website downtime

• Misuse of delivered work

• Third-party platform issues (e.g., hosting, email, social media)
