Refund Policy — Softly Agency

Softly Agency provides custom digital services. Because each project requires manual work, time, and resources, all payments are final and non-refundable once work has started.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only if:
The client has paid but the project has not started,
AND the client requests a refund within 24 hours of payment.
After work begins, no refunds are available.
2. Project Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel after work has started, no refund will be provided, but partial deliverables completed until that point may be transferred at our discretion.
